LEAD STRONG | Personality TestA key to knowing how to lead is knowing who you are and what your strengths are. The Myers-Briggs personality test has been used for many years as a way to explain and categorize different types of people. We are making it available on this site for free. Please take advantage of this opportunity to know yourself better. The assessment will take approximately one hour to complete.

It is unlikely that any of your results will tie, but if they do choose the letter on the right. So for example if your introvert and extrovert amounts are equal you are an introvert.
